Navigate in EMS Web Admin to use the EMS tools and features.

Navigation menu

Select a tool or feature from the navigation menu.

• Create: Create a new reservation using the Reservation wizard.

• Home: Go to the Home page to view your schedule and activities for the day.

• Dashboard: Supervise, review, process, and approve many types of activities.

• Book: View all confirmed reservations for your organization, including times and rooms.

• Calendar: Find reservations, bookings, and service orders using basic or advanced search criteria.

• Wizard: Create reservations using a booking template.

• Navigator: View and manage reservations, bookings, and booking details.

• Browser: Search for reservations, web reservations, bookings, service orders, resources, and queries.

• Groups: Search for groups, individuals, and reservations or bookings made on their behalf. Your organization can rename this option, for example, Customers or Employees.

• Email: Open a generic email window if your system is configured to use SMTP email.

• Reservations: Manage your reservations.

• Ask Crue: Get quick answers to product questions. It summarizes our help content and provides links to additional references.

• Collapse: Hide the navigation menu.
